What you'll do
- Onboard and verify new rider applicants.
- Run weekly rider check-ins, listening posts and community gatherings.
- Manage day-to-day rider support escalations.
- Design and run incentive programmes; report on their effectiveness.
Riders are the heart of BiteExpress. This role is about looking after them: verifying new applicants, supporting active riders, running incentive programmes that actually work, and being a real human they can reach when things go sideways.
